The St Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, Clovelly was established about 1916. The first church building was opened and blessed by Archbishop Kelly on 20/1/1918. The present chuch building was opened and blessed by the Rt Rev Dr Bach on 12/6/1927. The church celebrated its centenary on 21/5/2017 with the Archbishop of Sydney Anthony Fisher. Clovelly is bordered on the north by Waverley and Bronte, on the east by the Tasman Sea, on the south by Coogee, and on the west by Randwick.
