Bu Young Bae is the owner of a 50-year-old Pyongyang cold noodle restaurant whose health scare causes his children to quarrel over his vast wealth. Feeling betrayed by their behavior, he Seol Ak San is known for duck, so we had to try some. The duck didn't appear to be marinated, which may explain the rather weak flavor. Some sauce would really help here. I did however, enjoy its soft, tender, texture.
