In common terms, the Sapta Dhatus are plasma, blood, muscle, fat, bone, bone marrow and reproductive fluid. In Ayurveda, they are called Sapta Dhatus: Rasa, Rakta, Mamsa, Meda, Asthi, Majja and Sukhra respectively.
