The new residents are: Caitlin Anee Elmore, M.D. - Hometown: Lenexa, Kansas. Kaethe Goodwin Chigumira, M.D. - Hometown: Greenwood. About Dr. Imran. Tabasum Imran, M.D. is the Associate Program Director and the Clinic Medical Director at the UAMS Family Medical Center Fort Smith. She is from Pakistan where she graduated from Dow Medical University and completed her residency training at UAMS Fort Smith in 2011. She did her Fellowship with AFMRD National Institute of Program Welcome to UAMS Fort Smith. Our program provides full-scope training in a community based, unopposed setting.
