Fernand Pouillon's architecture in Algeria Abstract: Our article bears on the architectural and urban composition in Fernand Pouillon's work. In fact it is in Algeria, that more than 2 million square meters of buildings by the architect are concentrated and yet this paradigmatic work remains little or badly known. Notre réflexion porte sur la composition architecturale et urbaine dans l'œuvre algérienne de Fernand Pouillon. En effet, c'est en Algérie, que se concentre plus de deux millions de mètres carrés bâtis par l'architecte, et pourtant cette œuvre paradigmatique reste peu ou mal connue. A travers les cités d'habitations construites Seine Fotografien von Pouillons Bauten in Algerien wurden in mehreren erfolgreichen Ausstellungen in Frankreich gezeigt (Marseille, Arles, Paris), aber noch nie in der deutschen Schweiz. Im Juni 2021 erschien das Themenheft von werk, bauen+wohnen zu Fernand Pouillon in Algerien mit den Fotos von Leo Fabrizio.
