SOUTHWEST LOUISIANA (KPLC) - The man wanted in connection with a May 14 theft at a business in downtown Lake Charles has been arrested, city police said. Lt. Kevin Kirkum said Bradley James Mallet was arrested in Iowa on Thursday by the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office. He will be charged with misdemeanor theft and unauthorized use of an Anthony James "Jimmy" Mallett. Anthony James Jimmy Mallett, 70, of Lake Charles, LA died at 3:45 PM on Monday, December 3, 2012 in a local hospital. Mr. Mallett was born August 11, 1942 in Hathaway, LA, raised in Sulphur, LA, and lived in Lake Charles for the past fifty years. He worked at R. E.
