The SLASH Crew competes in University and national competitions such as UDO, Go Hard or Go Home (Nottingham Trent University), Welsh Varsity and the Cardiff University Dance Competition! Regular members of open class are also given the opportunity to perform at events alongside the crew such as the Cardiff University Dance Winter Showcase, the Susannah and Louisa set up Flit Fitness in 2020. They had both previously been dance fitness instructors running successful classes in Cardiff before creating Flit Fitness. They wanted to create a class which was suitable for all levels of fitness and take song requests from class members to create routines to. Ardour was set up in 2018 as a not-for-profit organisation to connect our community together and celebrate the strength and creativity within our community. Ardour holds integration, inclusivity, and acceptance at its heart.
