Coachman Park Information. Coachman Park was a major part of Clearwater's efforts to revitalize their downtown area. It all began when general beautification efforts led to the development of several high-rise condos and a large marina, as well as efforts by the Community Redevelopment Agency of Clearwater to bolster housing at all income levels. For most events, Coachman Park offers general admission seating where guests are welcome to bring blankets or chairs to find space at the lawn.
