Welcome to Wolfreton School and Sixth Form College. We are a large, successful secondary school serving the Haltemprice area of the East Riding of Yorkshire. We have over 1500 students, including a Sixth Form of around 175, with our fantastic building housing the whole school population on one purpose built site on Well Lane in Willerby. As Wolfreton Upper School, in South Ella Way, Kirk Ella, shortly before its closure in 2016. It's been nearly five years since the closure of the old Wolfreton School sites in Willerby and Kirk Wolfreton. Wolfreton was a small hamlet approximately 1 ⁄ 3 mile (500 metres) north of the old village centre of Anlaby, on Wolfreton Road connecting Anlaby to Willerby Carr Lane (now Carr Lane).In the Domesday Book it was mentioned as Uluardune.
