Preface. This Weatherization Field Guide outlines a set of best practices for the Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP). These new SWS standards reside online in NREL's SWS Tool. Through Weatherization you can cut your heating bills, save energy, and have a warmer home. SCCAP administers the Weatherization Program for Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, and Franklin Counties.
