BACOLOD City Mayor Monico Puentevella has written Marichi Ramos ordering her removal as Director of the Bacolod City Water District (Baciwa) representing the professional sector. In his letter dated October 17, 2013, Puentevella said: "As the appointing authority in consonance with the law, I hereby order you removed as director of Baciwa Oct 21, 2013, 5:40 am.
