I give this place four stars primarily for the unique decor, social atmosphere, and overall experience. Atmosphere: Loxley's decorative motif is inspired by the whole "Robin Hood" theme. Loxley's in East Petersburg, Pennsylvania is more than just a patio and a deck outside of the historic Lancaster hotel. While its location definitely gives Loxley's a unique ambiance and guests a great view, it s an institution all its own. The menu at Loxley's definitely helps. For an appetizer, consider the black and bleu Kobe beef sliders, the shrimp cocktail or crispy calamari.
