This datacron is a bit hard to reach. Just follow the screenshots we provided, but the short version is. It is located in the hangar opposite to the one you arrived to when you first reach Dromund Kaas. You have to go up a ramp that hangs over the hangar and there are these steel beams you can jump on that will lead you to the datacron. This datacron is found in the [Heroic Area] Dromund Kaas The Malignant Bog south of 'The Wall' transport shuttle. It's best to find this datacron while doing the [Heroic 2+] Shadow Spawn quest Enter the Tunnel. Head to the south of Kessan's Landing where the lava flows are in the following map.
