Breno Rotatori earned a Bachelor's degree in photography from Senac University in Saõ Paulo in 2009. In the same year he was awarded the Porto Seguro Photography Award in Saõ Paulo, in the category Revelation. In 2010 Rotatori was selected for the Foam Paul Huf Award and a selection from his Manélud series was published in Foam Magazine's Breno Rotatori (Sao Paulo, 1988) looks at urban and suburban contexts, while simultaneously addressing the changes in contemporary Brazilian society.
