Biography. Brian Balmages (b. 24 January 1975, Baltimore, Md.) is an active trumpeter composer, conductor, producer, and performer. Mr. Balmages received his bachelor's degree in music industry from James Madison University and his masters in media writing and production from the University of Miami.
