On June 19, 2023, Linas Pernavas, the Director of the Special Investigation Service (STT), took an oath to the President of the Republic and officially started his duties. The new head of STT was appointed for a five-year term of office together with his team of Deputy Directors. The 22nd Annual Conference and General Assembly of the European Partners Against Corruption (EPAC) and the European Union Anti-Corruption Contact Network (EACN) took place in Dublin, Ireland.
