On April 26, 2017, Fadi Najjar and Sean McGivern pled guilty to combined cases from Los Gatos and San Jose. Najjar plead guilty to five counts of false imprisonment, five counts of robbery, and one count of kidnapping in the commission of a robbery. He will be sentenced to fifteen years in prison.
