Our Story. Welcome to YaYas Euro Bistro. There is something about YaYas that is both sophisticated and whimsical. The atmosphere and menus are certainly sophisticated. Mosaic tile floors, stone columns and fabric-covered wall panels are complemented by heavy beamed ceilings, hand-blown chandeliers, and curvy wrought-iron railings. Welcome to YaYAS of Citrus, Inc! We are a shelter serving youth and young adults experiencing homelessness, aged 16-24 with residential and drop-in services. We provide a safe place to sleep, shower, study, and store belongings paired with case management services with the goal of promoting self-sustainability. Layers of tender minced "plant-based protein" sauce, crisp golden potatoes, and succulent eggplant woven together with robust tomatoes, garlic, and onions.
