Ocqueoc Falls. Head out on this 0.3-mile out-and-back trail near Millersburg, Michigan. Generally considered an easy route, it takes an average of 6 min to complete. This trail is great for birding, hiking, and walking, and it's unlikely you'll encounter many other people while exploring. The best times to visit this trail are May through October. On both of our trips to the falls, we were pretty much the only people there for most of our visit, which was a bit surreal. The falls spread the entire width of the Ocqueoc River and crash year round, its tannin-dyed water continuing on towards Lake Huron.
