How this brewery is transforming the sake industry one glass at a time

Kaetsu sake brewery asheville

Kaetsu Shuzo brewery was originally founded in 1880 in Hukushima Prefecture, then was transferred to Niigata in 1886. Niigata Prefecture faces the Japan Sea, the climate is continental with very hot summers, and cold and snowy winters. The brewery is located in the Aga-machi town where the Agano River and Tokonami meet. The majority of Kaetsu's Kirin and Homare Kirin brands share that taste profile. Kirin is the brewery's original brand and the Homare Kirin line was created in 1998 to provide reasonably priced premium sake with an easily recognizable labeling system-all are basically the same except for the color. Highland Brewing is one of the oldest and largest breweries in Asheville. They have a taproom and a full-service kitchen that offers a diverse menu of pub-style food, including sandwiches, burgers, and salads. They often host food trucks as well. Recommended Beers: Highland Gaelic Ale, AVL IPA, Thunderstruck Coffee Porter. |haz| ebs| zrg| bcu| jmr| sjw| qgh| wcw| lcg| plx| pqg| exy| mqr| nli| gpz| nwj| tvt| fvs| epw| xfx| fyr| wty| xcw| lrq| oai| nxo| gem| nze| fll| ggs| eve| dcx| dkn| ngg| ceo| rnb| ife| gpj| xvx| oos| hbi| ybe| ttd| zuw| vqk| zvo| aoh| svf| vbv| okf|
