Bahan bahan: 1/2 kg ubi kentang. 200 gm daging/ayam kisar - goreng tanpa minyak. 2 sudu teh lada sulah-tumbuk lumat. 1 sudu besar bawang goreng. Deep fry potatoes till soft and transfer into a pot. Add chopped celery, fried shallots and white pepper powder. Mash the potato mixture, then divide and mould into 6 patties. Crack an egg into a small mixing bowl and beat thoroughly. Coat potato patties with egg wash and deep fry. Remove once golden brown and serve with Sambal Chilli. Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes or slices. Boil the cubes or deep fry the slices (I'll give you both methods). Mash the cooked potatoes and add flavourings. Form into balls and chill the potato mixture in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Dip in beaten egg and fry.
