GPS module is 1.2 meters. I have a doubt that this is the correct interpretation of this parameter. I agree with rest of your comments. The thing that worries me is people using here2 are able to get HDOP of 0.6 or 0.7 at 15-16 sats but mine even 17 sats its that bad..
