Temple Kol Ami is a multi-generational, caring, diverse and inclusive Reform Jewish community that prides itself on its warmth and member's connectedness. While maintaining traditions, we are also committed to providing innovative practices, services and activities. We place emphasis on maintaining our Jewish identity and values through Sick and Benevolent Fund - This fund, created by an anonymous donation to Kol Ami, is to ensure that members of the Kol Ami community have respectable burials in the event of financial need. Questions related to the fund should be directed to the Rabbi. KATY (Kol Ami Temple Youth) - Funds dedicated to support KATY activities.Temple Kol Ami was chartered by the State of Florida in 1975, engaged as its first Rabbi, Dr. Sheldon J. Harr, in June of 1976, and joined the Union of American Hebrew Congregations (now, the Union For Reform Judaism) in 1977. We are from humble origins.
