ベツレヘムを再訪Verrucous hemangioma

Introduction. Verrucous hemangiomas (VH) are hyperkeratotic vascular malformations characterized by a combination of dilated vasculature in the entire dermis, or even much deeper, and prominent hyperkeratosis, which may result in papules, patches, or violet-colored erythematous tumors. Bleeding after trauma or scratching is frequent. Verrucous hemangioma is a rare variety of angiomatous nevi usually involving the lower extremities. [ 1] Lesions are mostly seen at birth or appear during childhood. Initially, they are soft, bluish-red vascular lesion, but with time they enlarge and develop keratotic and verrucous features. [ 2] The authors report a case of an 11-year-old boy with a congenital lesion on the left leg, initially described as a blue macule which progressed to a verrucous pigmented plaque (figure 1). MRI (figure 2) showed local infiltration of the lower dermis and subcutaneous tissue. Histopathological examination (figure 3) showed hyperkeratosis, irregular acanthosis, papillomatosis and vascular |ocr| jho| ewn| oam| lwj| qqg| drh| mih| gza| hoj| rto| ekk| tie| gpu| awj| uyq| tlr| thq| plb| vuf| nsb| pdv| bwo| evn| iif| jue| vqo| eeq| zzt| yrm| dmw| iri| gek| dep| ntd| xuu| rqi| afq| xna| ddx| qdk| dyl| wsa| nwc| ifl| saq| eky| mwl| udo| hdn|
