PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla. - Detectives assigned to the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office Economic Crimes Unit have arrested 56-year-old Stephanie Lopez, former Mediterranean Manor homeowners association manager, for a Scheme to Defraud and Grand Theft. Detectives began their investigation in May 2023 after receiving reports from Lopez's employer, Harbeck Hospitality, the management company Commissioner Stephanie Garcia Richard is the first woman, the first Latina, and the first educator to serve in the position as New Mexico's Commissioner of Public Lands. Born in Tucumcari and raised in Silver City, Stephanie learned at a young age the importance of serving others.
