BOURGEOIS, Louis Jean Baptiste (1856-1930), an architect from rural Quebec who left Canada in 1884 and who would later become famous for his design of a single building, that of the Bahai Temple of Peace located in Wilmette, Illinois, near Chicago, built 1920-1953.
