Charlottesville. VSH has been providing permanent housing and supportive services in Virginia for more than 25 years. The Crossings at Fourth and Preston, an award-winning apartment community that opened in 2012, represents VSH's expansion of permanent supportive housing to the Charlottesville region.The Crossings has since helped improve the lives of our residents as well as the Greater A slew of area nonprofits pooled resources to buy the Red Carpet Inn at 405 Premier Circle off U.S. Route 29 in Albemarle County and convert it to permanent housing for low-income families as well as individuals experiencing homelessness.
