司法審査law society of upper canada
The Law Society of Ontario, formerly called The Law Society of Upper Canada, is the governing body of Ontario's legal profession. The Law Society was formed in 1797 and incorporated in 1822 and is responsible for the education, licensing, supervision and disciplining of Ontario's lawyers and paralegals to ensure that the public is provided with competent and professional legal services.
The Law Society regulates Ontario lawyers and paralegal licensees in the public interest and does not provide legal advice to members of the public. If you are looking for a lawyer referral service or a paralegal referral service, the Law Society Referral Service can help. The directory displays the business contact information for most licensees.
