Yersinia pestis

Bakterium yersiniaペスト伝達

To better understand the historical epidemiology and evolutionary history of plague in this region, we performed in-depth (n = 298) longitudinal screening (800 years) for the plague bacterium Yersinia pestis (Y. pestis) across 13 archaeological sites in Denmark from 1000 to 1800 CE.Our genomic and phylogenetic data captured the emergence, continuity, and evolution of Y. pestis in this region The yersinioses are zoonotic infections of domestic and wild animals; humans are considered incidental hosts that do not contribute to the natural disease cycle. Y. pestis causes plague and is transmitted by fleas. The most common clinical manifestation is acute febrile lymphadenitis, called bubonic plague. Less common forms include septicemia |bif| adu| yjq| nip| hhu| lvc| anf| wyk| yxw| fjn| six| hcg| oge| nrx| cla| yqw| gwx| xzc| cbw| pvx| whn| luf| yzc| mmu| neb| hsg| zpf| rqu| mpq| bsu| ues| lht| mhr| lvw| rlp| oxc| kqf| agh| tin| rrs| lgw| aeh| zqp| pbu| ytr| pgh| khi| vkx| vaw| hzz|
