Sadly, Bob Pollock passed away on September 1, 2004, just prior to the completion of his second production Return To Norumbega. As a teenager in the late 1950's, he worked along the Midway. By a process of false etymology, the name Norumbega came to be translated as Norse Land, and hence, as evidence of Viking settlement in the New World. And in a process of life imitating myth, there are now several Norumbega.
