The 2022-23 U-18 AAA Manitoba Female Hockey League championship final will feature the Winnipeg Ice for the second-straight season. This past weekend the Ice punched their ticket to the final round with a shot at an appearance at April's ESSO Cup in Prince Albert, SK. on the line. The Winnipeg Avros took to the air to Hamilton, ON. to open their 2023-2024 season at the U18 Stoney Creek Showcase Sept. 8th - 10th. After finsihing the round robin undefeated with wins against Hamilton, OHA, Toronto and Windsor, the Avros found themselves among 6 of 64 teams with a perfect 4 and 0 record. Kelsey is an alumni of the U18 AAA Winnipeg Avros program where she played for two seasons. Autumn Garnham joins the staff after having spent this past season as an assistant coach with the Central Plains Capitals of the U15 AAA Manitoba Female Hockey League.
