The OCN Blizzard are a Canadian Junior "A" ice hockey team from The Pas, Manitoba. They are members of the Manitoba Junior Hockey League (MJHL), a part of the Canadian Junior Hockey League and Hockey Canada. The Blizzard entered the MJHL as an expansion team for the 1996-97 season.
