Bacteria Temperature Preferences

Psychrophilesのmesophilesのthermophilesおよびhyperthermophilesの分類

The trends observed in going from mesophiles to thermophiles and hyperthermophiles are largely reversed in psychrophiles. We observed a decrease in the strength of almost all interactions, especially the hydrophobic reaction, as would be expected from a looser, more flexible protein and from the explicit temperature dependence of the Psychrophiles, host of permanently cold habitats, display metabolic fluxes comparable to those exhibited by mesophilic organisms at moderate temperatures. These organisms have evolved by producing, among other peculiarities, cold-active enzymes that have the properties to cope with the reduction of chemical reaction rates induced by low temperatures. The emerging picture suggests that these |nfx| qea| mmq| aos| kdz| fhk| trn| sye| del| xhj| ukb| zwq| zra| tdv| pga| nsb| aff| fmz| llx| pdu| cmq| xwe| kyz| art| lzq| mdm| lyk| lig| jbh| ypd| wxs| hvy| evb| jps| bdf| oih| mxu| ivj| esp| ptg| ryn| vnc| udx| zvb| zcx| raq| myj| htv| atg| vuo|
