ABOUT US. Marty's Meats is a premier and authentic fast casual restaurant, catering, and food truck operation that has been proudly serving the Rochester area and beyond since 2012. Since then, our mission has been to serve quality BBQ and fried chicken in a casual setting as well as through online ordering, delivery, and on-site catering. The barbecue sauce is superb, and the meat is delicious. For sides, I've had both the chips and the fries. The fries are pretty good, and the old bay seasoning definitely makes them a great side to a sandwich. While fries do cost $1.50 extra with a sandwich, they are worth it if you're in the mood.
