Former Assistant Asbury Park Assistant City Manager James Famularo tragically died in a structure fire at his townhouse in Asbury Park on Monday afternoon, according to the Monmouth County Prosecutors Office. The 52-year old was found deceased in an upstairs bedroom of the 3-story townhouse shortly after James Famularo sits in a corner office that used to house Meridian's co-founder, chairman and CEO Ralph Herzka.
