(CBS) - DuPage County officials are honoring Jeanine Nicarico, the 10-year-old Naperville girl who was Rolando Cruz was convicted of Jeanine's murder twice, but was ultimately acquitted in his third trial in 1995. Suffering from the flu, Jeanine was at home alone when she was abducted. Her body was found two days later. She had been raped and beaten to death.
