Mr. Rohr (1875 - 1952) was associated with the Merchants National bank since 1898. In 1930 he became president, following the death of Charles E. Frey. He held that office until his retirement on July 26, 1951. He retained the position of chairman of the board and one of the vice presidencies. The Greater Watertown - North Country Chamber of Commerce represents the business interests of over 600 members throughout Jefferson County as well as Lewis, St Lawrence, Oswego and Onondaga counties. We are a membership organization working to streghten business and enhance the community.
