The Wan Choi journey began with the love of Authentic Chinese cuisine, walking past our local Chinese takeaways in Reading and stopping at the window, peeping through to see all the lovely dishes, fragrances being served but not being able to try them was very disappointing. Most of the takeaways those days, did not serve halal meat. Biography. Wan Choi (Fellow, IEEE) received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees from the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS), Seoul National University (SNU), Seoul, Korea, in 1996 and 1998, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree from the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, The University of Texas at Austin, in 2006. Wan Choi (M'99) was born in Seoul, Korea, in May 1973. He received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees from the School of Electrical Engineering, Seoul National University, Seoul, Korea, in 1996 and 1998, respectively. He is currently a Senior Member of Technical Staff with the Research and Development Division, Korea Telecom M.com, Korea.
