JWARN is a warning and reporting system that communicates information about chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear (CBRN) incidents across the chain of command and to affected units; JEM JWARN is an extremely complex system - first, because it is inherently a software application and, second, because it must integrate with so many joint C 4 ISR systems and NBC sensors.
