Luther Meade Jr., 88, resident of The Village at Morrisons Cove, Martinsburg, formerly of Wyoming County, WV, passed away Sunday morning, March 24, 2024, at The Village. He was born July 24, 1935, in Lackey, KY, son of the late Luther Sr. and Ella (Cline) Meade. On March 15, 1960, he married Gladys Mae Harrison, and she preceded him in death The Herald office is relocating to the Morrisons Cove Memorial Park building. The office will be located at 209 S.
