Now set up in a large circle with good social-distancing and mingling The park is quite large and is managed by the National Park Service. It is also adjacent to Dumbarton Oaks, which is a must see property, and runs into Rock Creek Park. NW DC is fortunate to have many green spaces to explore including this one. It is lovely in the spring and a great place to enjoy a sunny fall day. Rose Park Recreation Center is nestled in historic Georgetown, bounded on the East side by Rock Creek Parkway. The center is a very small field house (home to DPR's cooperative play program) surrounded by a breathtaking green landscape.
