The Mission Trails hike and bike trail includes San Antonio's five Spanish colonial missions. Beginning at the northern end of the trail with Mission San Antonio de Valero (the Alamo), the route encompasses the other four missions of Concepcion, San Jose, San Juan, and Espada. Embarking on a cycling adventure along the San Antonio Mission Trail is a must do when visiting the beautiful city of San Antonio. This historic trail is a 13.9 mile loop that connects four of San Antonio's iconic Spanish colonial missions - Concepcion, San Jose, San Juan, and Espada. The Mission to Mission Charity Bike Tour is MTR Charities Inc.'s annual bike ride that raises funds to help local non-profits complete small scale projects in the San Antonio area.
