BODi Blocks make fitness fun. You've tried working out before. It's time to try something new. BODi Blocks help you stay engaged in a way that works for you. 3 weeks, 5 workouts a week, followed by an UP Week to recover and reset. New blocks start every month. Ease into fitness with low-impact workouts you can actually do. 8:30 AM - Half Marathon Run Start - Yonge St. & Sheppard Ave. Participants must be a minimum of 16 years of age on race day. If under 18 on race day, a doctor's note must be provided (mailed or scanned/emailed) prior to the event. The Half Marathon Walk and Half Marathon Run follow the same course. Results will be posted separately from Registration will close on May 1st at 12:00 PM EDT (earlier if event is sold out). There is no registration on Race Day. Save Time and Money!
