Measham is a large village in a detached part of Derbyshire locally situate in Leicestershire, close to the borders with Staffordshire and Warwickshire.It is located just off the A42 road, four and a half miles south of Ashby-de-la-Zouch (the closest town), within the National Forest. Its name means the homestead on the River Mease. We operate a drop in blood clinic each day between 07.30-10.30. No appointment is needed. The samples are then collected from the Medical Unit at around 11am and transported to the laboratory at Queens Hospital Burton for processing.
