Occupying 11.29 acres, the park is home to the Turner-Peters log house, an original 1856 structure furnished with 19th Boonville Heritage Park provides an excellent overview of early life in Brazos County, Texas. Prior to its move to Bryan, Boonville was the county seat of Brazos County. Found on the property is the restored Turner-Peters Log Cabin, which dates back to the 1800s.
