Isla Escudo De Veraguas is a small, remote island located off the coast of Bocas del Toro province in Panama. It is part of the Ngäbe-Buglé Comarca, an autonomous indigenous territory. The island, measuring approximately 11 square kilometers, is known for its untouched natural beauty, rich biodiversity, and vibrant coral reef system. The first destination was the remote Isla Escudo de Veraguas, a small isolated Caribbean island of about 4 square kilometres. It is part of the Bocas del Toro district and located about 20 km from the coastline in the Golfo de los Mosquitos.
