Domaine Cocteaux. Heir of a family know-how for 5 generations in Champagne and after a solid training in oenology in Epernay in the heart of the Champagne vineyard, Franck Cocteaux came to Fleuray in 1991 (commune of Cangey). Influenced by his origins, he naturally oriented the Cocteaux estate towards the production of sparkling wines to Domaine Cocteaux - « Bulles de Fleuray » Assemblage Chenin/Chardonnay Robe jaune paille, bulles importantes et énergiques. Nez assez discret plutôt fruité. En bouche la bulle bouscule un peu les papilles mais c'est bon, un beau fruit jaune croquant. C'est par contre assez court, le fruit s'impose mais fuit assez vite.
