Akron, Ohio, Feb. 29, 2024 — Akron Mayor Shammas Malik will deliver his first State of the City Address in the evening on Wednesday, April 10, 2024.The date is the 100 th day in office for Mayor Malik and also marks the Mayor's 33rd birthday. This year's address, hosted by the Akron Roundtable, will take place at the Akron Civic Theatre (182 S. Main St.) in downtown Akron.
