While Pix E. is not an actual fairy and can't really fly, she has wings stitched to her dress with buttons, she and carries a rope around with her so she can hoist herself up and hang in the air. Pix E.'s just as light in spirit, always floating and flitting about and looking on the bright side. She's a wishful thinker, but for Pix E. Flutters is a light brown skinned girl with pink pale cheeks and plain black button eyes. Her hair is a soft green color and worn up in strands like a high ponytail or bun, held up with multiple white daisies. Her bangs are pulled back, leaving a few loose strands.
