The current nationwide study investigated the surgical and oncological outcome from all consecutive patients diagnosed with LAPC (Dutch Pancreatic Cancer Group [DPCG] definition) who underwent surgical resection after induction chemotherapy, derived from all 16 Dutch centers for pancreatic surgery (2014-2020). 4 Overall, 142 patients underwent resection for LAPC, of whom 35% met the 2022 Research with one goal: end cancer.
